So joyous to spend a day with Soren….

We left our mountain cabin and on our drive down to Nuestra Casa in the “valley,” Soren wanted us to take photos of the fields of golden flowers.
On Soren’s last day with Grandma and Grandpa, it FINALLY got warm enough to go swimming. You just can’t come to Leisure Worlds in the winter without going swimming—after all, it’s a family tradition!
Soren is a super good swimmer. He has swam competitively for several years.
Here is last time on this visit that we experienced the joy of seeing Soren getting his pre-breakfast exercise, as he dashed by our home on his roller blades.
At the airport….
Soren called us as he boarded the plane to go home to say goodbye again and that he loves us.
And so sad to say goodbye to our dear grandson. Our home will be so empty without Soren’s wonderful exuberant, endless energy.
We love all of our grandchildren so very much. And it always very hard to say goodbye to each of them when we have to part.
