My 76th birthday….and my baptizm in Fossil Creek

Today, on my 76th birthday, Danny and I celebrated my 76th birthday and my rebirth with all our family who we love so very much.  Our son, Owen, baptized me in Fossil Creek. 

This was a joyous day.  I was surrounded by the love of my husband, our children and grandchildren, our family and friends, and by the love of God.

Today will always be etched in my memory as a day filled with fun, family, love, and God.

Last night when we returned home from my birthday party and my holy baptism, I found this little Star Cross on the windowsill.  The Star Cross is a reminder of  how Christianity grew out of Jewish roots. Why hadn’t I seen this cross sometime during the last two weeks when we moved to the Love Nest?  Where did it come from?  

This was a truly blessed day.
