Because we are unsure of whether our type of camping is allowed in the Badlands National Park, we are camped in the Buffalo Gao National Grasslands where are adjacent to it. We will hke in both places.
Yesterday we reprovisioned. We got water, gas, propane, and groceries. In addition, we found a print shop where we could print out our ballots for the November election. Fortunately, either our county or the state makes it possible for people who can not get ballots mailed to them to do it in this manner. A big thanks to somebody.
We drove around in a corner of the Badlands before looking for a camping spot in the adjacent Grasslands. Found this amazing viewpoint. Quite beautiful in its own way.
