We spent the last week in the Pacific Northwest. Our family had gathered from all over the United States for Adam’s Bar Mitzvah. And we were able to see even more of our family that lives in Washington.
It was an amazing week filled from morning until late in the evening with family cookouts, hikes, celebrations, picnics, and just lots of catching up, talking, and laughing. Boy are we exhausted, but we would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
It was our first time flying and seeing so much of our family in 2-3 years. We had canceled many family gatherings and trips since March 2019, when the pandemic began. It was so wonderful to see most of our children, nine of our eleven grandchildren, Silvermoon, and lots more of our family!
