My Medicare Babe: Making up Sh.t....... (stuff)

Vicky turned 65 today.  She's now on Medicare.  How can that be?  That I have a wife on Medicare.  I'm not that old, so how can that be?  I know I have been for two years, but what difference does that make?  I fully embrace the double standard.

So now I call her my Medicare Babe.

For her birthday we took a bike ride, just as we did for my 65th birthday

She had breakfast in bed (chocolate cheesecake I made her), dancing, fondue with three homemade dips, and all kinds of gifts.

And, oh boy! Gifts galore, including this one.  I told her I bet no one ever got this as a birthday gift.  I know what it looks like, but it isn't.  It is a camper washing machine.

Don't worry.  She got lots of pretty stuff too.

I have explained to her that when one turns 65 they have permission to make up sh.t......stuff.  And nobody can complain because, after all, we are older than 65.  And on Medicare.

So now, like me, she's an expert on anything.  If she doesn't have the faintest idea about anything, that's OK.

She just makes it up!  It's beautiful.  I'll bet you can't wait until you are 65 and getting Medicare and you can too!
